Seeking a Chief of Staff
Stevenson Memorial Hospital is a vibrant community hospital 45 minutes from Toronto providing excellent, high quality health care services to a fast-growing population in Alliston and surrounding communities. The hospital has recently achieved or exceeded all of our goals in accreditation, quality and performance indicators. The incoming Chief of Staff will be well positioned to guide and advise the Board in the implementation of its Strategic Direction. Our medical staff is engaged in advancing and expanding the programs and services we are able to provide.
Preference will be given to physicians who have demonstrated a commitment to collaborative leadership and practice. Our Chief of Staff will establish a strong clinical presence in the organization as a practitioner and will be an active member of the senior administrative team and Board of Directors. The successful candidate will present those qualities that show a balanced approach to innovation and effectiveness in the current environment of high quality, high value health care.
