Emergency Department
Stevenson Memorial Hospital's Emergency Department (ER) is open round the clock, 365 days a year. Access is through the main entrance. The department has approximately 31,000 visits annually. Patients are seen according to the severity of their condition. The ER utilizes the services of both land and air ambulances. In the event of an emergency, please call 911.

Thrombolytics are widely used in the department and there is state-of-the-art cardiac monitoring equipment.
