Physiotherapy/Occupational Therapy

Rehabilitation services are provided to inpatients, by a team of dedicated physiotherapists and occupational therapists.

Laboratory

A wide range of testing (including blood chemistry, coagulation, hematology and blood gas analysis) is done on-site, as well as a transfusion services and microbiology with the latest equipment. Electrocardiograms, holter monitors and stress testing are all provided by this department.

The lab is staffed 24 hours a day, seven days a week by highly efficient, qualified technologists and excellent quality controls are in place.

Pharmacy

A pharmacist provides clinical pharmacy care for inpatients and also monitors their medical therapy when they are admitted. In addition, pharmaceutical expertise is provided for family practitioners and nursing staff. The pharmacy is staffed Monday to Friday from 0800 – 1600 hours.
